How to heal yourself ? How to know what to heal and where focus ?

There is a way all of this can be done: by following your inner Joy! it’s the natural state of your being.
The Joy you feel shows you the direction where to focus to realign yourself in natural ease: it’s a blend of your own guidance and state of being. When you take a direction or make a decision, the Joy you get from it shows you automatically if you are going the right direction for you. As you follow your own flow, you are being guided by yourself, you become Responsible for yourself, the Sovereign being you truly are!

As you heal or realign yourself, you heal the world. When other persons approach you in your life, they feel the harmonious balance and joy in you and they naturally tend to realign themselves in your contact. It permits you to not being pulled into people’s dramas and if they ask for any insight you are able to help them from your harmonious perspective. You keep evolving through healthy interactions with others.

Between all your bodies, your physical one, here on earth is the strongest one, the one most present, you interact with it most of the time and when you want, without need to go in a special state of mind or meditation. As it is a reflection of all your other bodies, when you heal or realign it, it is reflected to all other bodies naturally, including the energetic planes and up. When you feel and experience joy in your physical body through playing, moving, dancing or going in nature, this joy gets transmitted to your hole being, the alignment is made without thinking, it just IS by being and feeling the joy of the moment.

The Physical Body is an amazing tool you constructed and made evolve through the ages, and you find yourself still in it again, you can learn to use it! It can give you incredible and instantaneous feedback on your present state, like a compass showing the north telling you where to go. The body is a gateway to Joyful Life and Ascension on earth.
